DESCRIPTION:We hope you’ll be able to join us on Monday\, February 28 for a one hour “Lunch & Learn” with Elaine T. Kiriakopoulos\, MD\, MSc. to learn more about Dartmouth’s work as a Managing Epilepsy Well Coordinating Center. Featured will be information about two programs applicable for your staff and clients/patients\, provided at no charge to participants. The virtual training they offer on epilepsy and self-management for Community Health Workers may be ideal for your staff.  Their HOBSCOTCH program provides individual\, phone-based\, coaching sessions on self-management\, problem solving skills and memory management for those diagnosed with epilepsy. See attached documents for more information. \nDr. Kiriakopoulos is Assistant Professor of Neurology\, Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College\, and Director\, HOBSCOTCH Institute for Cognitive Health & Well-Being at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Epilepsy Center.
