Safety and Epilepsy

EABB’s Safety and Epilepsy program is designed to equip participants with knowledge and skills to respond effectively during a seizure. This program covers the types of seizures, how to recognize them, and step-by-step guidance on providing safe and compassionate care during a seizure.
Participants will learn important techniques, such as how to position the person safely, protect them from injury, and when to seek medical help. Attendees will have the opportunity to build confidence in their ability to support individuals experiencing seizures. This program aims to enhance safety in seizure-related situations.
Support Group Details
- Who Can Attend: Family members, and caregivers for individuals with epilepsy are welcome.
- Limited Space: Due to space limitations, each class is limited to five participants.
